so, i just got back from my first week 2 run... i was stoked for it! but ya... ouch! i really didn't think it would make that much of a difference... maybe it was the poor eating yesterday that hurt... ugh.
here are a few questions... when do you know it's right to move onto the next week? am i the only one who would find it IMPOSSIBLE to carry on a conversation while running? i'm huffing and puffing like it's my job out there!
the only good thing i can say is that i did it.. i didn't give into any of the excuses i made for myself, i got out there and ran... i always remind myself of this feeling right now, the feeling of accomplishment and self satisfaction. totally worth it!
